When marketplace partners route inference requests to StrikeEngine, we receive the request payload (prompts, parameters, model identifier) and a marketplace-assigned identifier. We log request metadata (timestamps, token counts, latency, source marketplace, success/failure status) for operational monitoring, billing reconciliation, and abuse investigation.
We sample up to one percent of request content (prompt and completion bodies) in encrypted form for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, solely for abuse investigation and service quality review. Sampled content is not used to train any model.
We do not receive end-user personally identifiable information through marketplace partners unless included in the prompt itself. We do not set tracking cookies on this site. We do not sell data.
When you reach our service through a marketplace partner (OpenRouter, Hugging Face Inference Providers, Featherless, Novita, and others), that partner's privacy policy governs your direct relationship with them. We act as a data processor for the partner's data-controller role with respect to end users.
Operational logs (metadata only): retained 90 days.
Sampled content: retained up to 30 days, encrypted, deleted on schedule.
Billing records: retained as required by applicable tax law (typically 7–10 years).
If you are an end user whose content passed through StrikeEngine, request deletion via the marketplace partner that originated your request. For direct-API users, email disputes@strikeengine.dev.
Secrets and credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Inference endpoints accept TLS 1.2+. Backup storage is encrypted. Access to production systems is limited to authorised operators and logged.
